This Privacy Policy describes the information that Aspire Labs, Inc., the makers of Duo (“Duo”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collect from visitors and users of the https://www.aspireai.com/ website (the “Site”), as well as any related web-based, computer-based, or mobile application (each, an “App”) or any computer software downloaded or otherwise made available from the Site (the “Software” and, together with the Site and App, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how Duo may use, disclose, or share and protect such information, and outlines your choices regarding it. In addition, this policy explains how we use email, calendar, and basic sign–in information accessed via Google APIs—all of which is processed on the client side for immediate service (such as singular AI passes) and is never stored on our servers.

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

THIRD–PARTY APPS AND PLUGINS

Duo’s integration with Google APIs—including access to email, calendar, and basic sign–in information—adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements. Such access is used solely for service functionality (for example, singular AI passes processed on the client side) and is never stored on our servers.

Some third–party applications and services that work with Duo may request access to your information. In such cases, you will be clearly notified and asked to provide your consent before any access is granted. Please review the requested permissions carefully.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not use or submit any personal information through the Service.
